On July 16, 1982, plaintiff Daniel Tscheschlog was a passenger in a motor vehicle driven by his 16 year old friend who, on that night, drove the two of them from their home in Pennsylvania to the Town Tavern and Hillside Manor Inn in New Jersey where they were served alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, on their return trip to Pennsylvania, they were involved in an automobile accident which resulted in plaintiff losing his left...
