Following a trial to a jury Joseph B. Eggers was found guilty of murder in the second degree in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-304 (Reissue 1979). He now appeals from the judgment entered pursuant to the jury verdict. Eggers assigns as his single error that there was insufficient evidence to sustain his conviction.
