The marriage of the plaintiff and the defendant was dissolved on May 16, 1983. The judgment provided that the defendant husband was to convey his interest in the marital home to the plaintiff wife and that upon the sale of the family home, the plaintiff was to pay the defendant the sum of $20,000.1
