The defendant was indicted for murder, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a, and, after a trial to the jury, found guilty of the lesser included offense of manslaughter in the first degree, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-55 (a). He claims on appeal that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress.
