FACTS

Factually, this matter is not complicated. Defendant-appellee Long Manufacturing Company, Inc., (hereinafter Long) manufactured a tobacco harvester on 10 April 1974. Thereafter, on 1 July 1974, Long sold the harvester to a dealer and distributor, who subsequently sold the tobacco harvester to a farmer on 7 March 1975.
