The questions before us on this appeal are whether the Commission erred in finding that plaintiff sustained injury as a result of the job related accident which occurred on 8 January 1981, and whether the Commission erred in its determination that the failure of the plaintiff to give written notice of the accident as required by G.S. 97-22, resulted in no prejudice to defendant employer.
