(Doucas Olds) is beneficiary of an insurance policy issued by Empire General Life Insurance Company (Empire) on the life of Paul Doucas (Paul). Doucas Olds and Paul's widow, Sophia Doucas (Sophia), cross-appeal from that part of the judgment dismissing their crossclaim against Silverman for misrepresentation...
