Defendant, Anthony E. Brady, was convicted on June 4, 1981 of murder in the second degree. On October 26, 1982 an appeal was filed with the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In an opinion filed January 18, 1985, the Superior Court reversed the judgment of sentence and remanded the case for a new trial.
