Appellant Robert Wells Nelson (defendant) was found guilty by a jury of unlawful flight from a pursuing law enforcement vehicle, in violation of A.R.S. § 28-622.01 and driving while intoxicated (DWI), in violation of A.R.S. § 28-692(A), (B).
