The Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, through its Director, filed a petition alleging that the respondent was guilty of misconduct warranting discipline in connection with the handling of an estate and some of his personal matters. On the 26th of July, 1984, pursuant to stipulation of the respondent and the Director, this court entered an order temporarily suspending the respondent from the practice of law pending further proceedings in this matter...
