GREER, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment for the plaintiffs in an action for medical malpractice. We reverse and remand for entry of judgment for defendants-appellants Ralph V. Wilson, M.D. et ux.

On April 4, 1978, appellee Francis Lavello (Lavello), then employed as a truck driver for A.M. Lewis Company, sustained an injury to his right knee arising out of and in the course of his employment. He went to a hospital emergency room...
