On November 2, 1984, Henry J. Bevilacqua ("Bevilacqua") filed for relief pursuant to chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code ("Code"). Gary J. Moonan ("Moonan") filed a proof of claim and commenced an adversary proceeding which sought determination that a certain debt arising out of Bevilacqua's sale of Moonan's car was non-dischargeable.
