Appellant, Glen Bjornson, appeals from a misdemeanor conviction for a zoning ordinance violation, contending that errors committed by the trial court deprived him of a fair trial. He claims that (1) the trial court coerced the jury verdict; (2) the trial court erred in several of its evidentiary rulings; (3) the ordinance is unconstitutionally vague; (4) the trial court erred by not instructing the jury on intent and (5) the trial...
