This was an action brought by the plaintiff under the provisions of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 34-301 (Reissue 1984) to ascertain and establish boundary corners common to Sections 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, and 22, Township 16 North, Range 45 West of the 6th P.M., Garden County, Nebraska.
