Plaintiff, L. Harvey and Son Company (Harvey), filed this suit to recover on a promissory note given for the purchase of fertilizer, executed by defendants Jerry Jarman (Jarman or Mr. Jarman) and Edna Jarman (Mrs. Jarman), plus interest and attorney's fees.
