On April 16, 1979, in this action, appellee, Susanne E. Stratman, filed a "Petition To Establish Paternity" alleging that appellant, Kenneth J. Hagen, was the father of her child born December 8, 1978. Hagen filed his answer specifically denying that he was the father of the minor child and specifically denying that he had sexual relations with Stratman during the time relevant to the pregnancy in question.
