Following a police investigation of a service station robbery, defendant, Larry Eugene Moss, was charged by information with armed robbery, armed violence, and unlawful restraint. A jury in Cook County found defendant guilty of armed robbery and unlawful restraint. The court sentenced defendant to 13 years' imprisonment for the armed-robbery conviction, and to a concurrent three-year term...
