Johnnie Goodman appeals his convictions for second degree burglary and second degree possession of stolen property. The issues on appeal are whether the trial court erred in refusing to suppress items seized in a warrantless search of Goodman's car, and in ruling that evidence of his prior convictions would be admissible if Goodman testified in his own defense.
