Appellant, Lori B. Key, takes this appeal from her conviction on charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy. Appellant raises but one issue for our consideration: Whether the evidence was insufficient to convict appellant, in that the Commonwealth proved only appellant's mere presence at the scene.
