Before us are cross motions for summary judgment. Having had the benefit of briefs and oral arguments on the several grounds raised by each side, we are prepared to dispose of the case at this stage of the proceedings. We will deny plaintiffs' claim for survivor's loss benefits but award plaintiffs $1,400 in work loss plus 18 percent interest. No attorneys fees will be awarded to either side.
