Defendant pled guilty to breaking and entering a K-Mart with the intent to commit a larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2), and to being a habitual offender, fourth offense, MCL 769.12; MSA 28.1084. Defendant appeals as of right from the circuit court's denial of his motion to quash the felony-firearm count.
