Claimant assigns as error the denial of unemployment insurance benefits. We agree that there is error.

Beginning 11 August 1983, claimant was absent from work for four consecutive days due to illness. Employer's policy, posted as well as published in a handbook provided to all employees, requires employees who are absent due to illness to call in by 7:30 a.m. for the 7:00 a.m. shift. A call after 7:30 a.m. is treated as "no call." Written warnings...
