This appeal is from an order of the trial court denying William Harrison an amount from the Contractors' Recovery Fund, an entity created by statute, A.R.S. §§ 32-1131 through 1140 (Supp.Pamph. 1984). The facts concerning the complaint are straightforward; Harrison contracted with James Ellis, doing business as Jim Ellis Designer-Builder, for the construction of a home for Harrison.
