In a bench trial, defendant, Willie Jeffrey Hunter, was convicted of criminal sexual conduct, first degree, in violation of MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), assault with intent to murder, in violation of MCL 750.83; MSA 28.278, and felony-firearm, in violation of MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). In addition, with respect to an armed robbery charge, defendant was convicted of the lesser included offense of larceny...
