Defendant first contends that the trial court erred in failing to allow her motion to dismiss as to parties in interest. Early in the litigation, on 1 April 1982, defendant moved to dismiss for failure to state a claim on the grounds that plaintiff Hospital did not have standing to sue on behalf of Myrtle Guy's estate or heirs.
