HEDRICK, Chief Judge.

Defendant first assigns error to the court's finding in aggravation that "[t]he killing occurred after the Defendant premeditated and deliverated the killing." Defendant contends that this finding is not supported by a preponderance of the evidence, as is required by N.C.Gen.Stat. Sec. 15A-1340.4(b).
