The defendant was convicted by a jury of six counts of burglary in the third degree, four counts of larceny in the second degree, one count of larceny in the third degree, and one count of larceny in the fourth degree. On appeal he claims that (1) the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss pursuant to General Statutes § 54-82c, (2) the trial court erred in allowing evidence of insurance payments to establish the value of the stolen property...
