Appellant, Patricia Napier, appeals from an order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas granting appellee's motion for summary judgment pursuant to Civ. R. 56.

Appellant's decedent, Mark Stanaford, was killed early on the morning of July 25, 1982 in the single-car collision of his automobile. The vehicle was driven by Ross Brown. The facts establish that Brown, age twenty, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision...
