The facts giving rise to this appeal show that on August 28, 1983, the appellant Michael Robinson was driving his auto with his wife, appellant Janice Robinson, as a passenger. The Robinsons allege in their separate complaints that the appellee Hall turned the vehicle being operated by Hall into the path of the vehicle operated by Michael Robinson.
