After a jury trial the defendant was convicted of assault of a peace officer, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-167c.1 In this appeal2 he claims that the court erred (1) in unduly restricting his cross-examination of the police officer involved, (2) in permitting the state to amend its bill of particulars during the trial, and (3) in its supplemental charge to the jury. We find no error...
