The plaintiffs in these consolidated actions seek to recover damages for loss of personal property from the defendant, Winnebago County Fair Association, Incorporated. The losses occurred as a result of a fire in the building occupied by the defendant in which the plaintiffs' property had been placed for storage. Recovery was sought based upon the theories of breach of contract, negligence...
