Plaintiffs Ralph E. Eley and Amelia Eley sued for damages for injuries and loss of consortium, respectively, arising out of an accident in which a taxicab, owned by defendant Sanchil, Inc., and driven by defendant Turner, struck the rear of plaintiff Ralph Eley's vehicle.
