SHEPHERD, J.

A jury convicted defendant of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548. The sole issue at trial was whether defendant was insane when he stabbed the victim, his brother, several times with a steak knife. The trial court sentenced defendant to life imprisonment. We reverse and remand for a new trial due to the nature of a prosecution psychologist's testimony regarding the legal definitions of insanity...
