Petitioner has appealed from the action of the Department of Transportation suspending his driver's license for 30 days under section 1538 of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa. C.S. §1538. A hearing was held before this court on January 4, 1985. Based on the record before us, we vacate the order of suspension.
