BORDEN, J.

After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty of manslaughter in the second degree, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-56 (a) (1). He appeals from the judgment of conviction following the verdict, claiming that the court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal made at the close of all the evidence.

The sole issue on appeal is whether there was sufficient evidence upon which the jury could have found the defendant's claim...
