The defendant was charged with two counts of selling methadone in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 1979) § 19-480 (a) and with one count of selling marihuana in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 1979) § 19-480 (b).1 After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty as charged and the trial court rendered judgment in accordance with the verdict.
