Appellee, a business brokerage firm, sued for breach of an exclusive listing contract to sell O'Brien's Irish Pub, owned by appellant John Drillot. This appeal is from a jury verdict in favor of appellee in the amount of 12% commission and attorney fees.

The evidence at trial showed that in December of 1982 appellee's agent, Linda Harvey, arranged a meeting between Drillot and two prospective buyers...
