Plaintiff Michael Bowman agreed to help defendant Phillip Bowman, his brother, nail shingles to the side of the defendants' house under construction. A wooden scaffold constructed by Phillip Bowman and his father approximately thirteen (13) to fourteen (14) feet above the ground collapsed, and Michael Bowman was seriously injured in the resulting fall.
