The principal issue in this appeal is whether the Circuit Court for Prince George's County erred in requiring appellant, both prospectively and retrospectively, (1) to make periodic support payments to his adult mildly retarded daughter Pamela, and (2) to pay a certain share of Pamela's medical expenses and medical insurance premiums.
