Presently before the court is plaintiff's motion to amend her complaint. For the reasons set forth below, this motion is denied, without prejudice, pursuant to Rule 1701, Pa. R.A.P. which provides that after an appeal is taken of a judicial order, the trial court may no longer proceed further in the matter.
