Plaintiff commenced this subrogation action on March 21, 1984, seeking to recover uninsured motorist benefits paid to the estate of its insured following an accident which occurred on August 31, 1979. The trial court granted accelerated judgment in favor of defendants on the ground that the three-year period of limitation had expired.
