On November 19, 1982 appellant Ronnie Dean Anderson entered a plea of guilty to four counts of violating the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. Without an adjudication of guilt, he was "sentenced" under the provisions of the First Offender Act (OCGA § 42-8-60 (a) (1)) to serve five years on probation.
