Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of directed verdict in favor of defendants entered February 2, 1984.

Plaintiff's complaint was filed March 6, 1979. The complaint alleged that plaintiff's decedent was killed, while riding his bicycle, due to the negligence of defendants in operating their respective automobiles.
