Glenna F. Nail was injured in a fall at her optometrist's office. She brought suit in the district court of Ford County against the owner of the office building, Doctor's Building, Inc., and two doctor tenants for damages. The case was submitted to the jury under comparative negligence instructions, pursuant to K.S.A. 60-258a, and the jury returned a verdict fixing plaintiff's damages at $312,000 and finding...
