In this appeal, the defendants, Wolfeboro Railroad Co., Inc. and Wolfeboro Railroad Associates, challenge the judgment of $28,764.74 entered by the Superior Court (Wyman, J.) in favor of the plaintiff, Everett Albee. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
