Evans, appeal as of right from a December 30, 1982, judgment entered by the circuit court on a jury verdict finding professional negligence, beach of fiduciary duty, and undue influence. The judgment imposed joint and several liability against defendants for pecuniary damages in the amount of $398,981 for professional negligence, and liability against defendant William S. Evans...
