PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff, City of Detroit, appeals as of right from an order of judgment awarding defendant, Hamtramck Community Federal Credit Union (credit union) $574,000 as just compensation for the condemnation of its property. We affirm.

Defendant was the owner of improved property upon which it operated as a credit union, and which was condemned by the City of Detroit as part of the Central Industrial Park Project. See generally Poletown Neighborhood...
