This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals filed on September 11, 1984, affirming a judgment of the circuit court for Dane county, W. L. Jackman, reserve judge, presiding. The court of appeals held that credible evidence supports the jury's findings of intentional misrepresentations on the part of Gregg T.
