The defendant, Jessie Munos Zayas, appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court upon his conviction, after a jury trial, on charges of threatening in violation of General Statutes § 53a-62, reckless endangerment in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-63 (a) and carrying a pistol without a permit in violation of General Statutes § 29-35.
