The issue in this case is whether the trial court abused its discretion in setting aside a default judgment.

Appellant purchased real property in Pinal County belonging to appellee for delinquent taxes on February 28, 1979, and it continued to pay the taxes on the property in question for the years 1980, 1981 and 1982 prior to filing a complaint for the foreclosure of appellee's redemption...
